Design Of Haiyang Power Supply Company MIS And The Development On Country Electric Management System

To adapt the present management status of Haiyang Power Supply Company, and the whole design of the business management information system is completed based on the demand analysis, and the country electric management system is developed. Firstly, development method of MIS, system structure of software, and design principle of database are introduced, and the total goal and the corresponding database are established based on demand analysis. The function is divided to 13 systems: distribution transformer management system, distribution network GIS, power rate and quantity system, electric energy measurement system, business expand and install system, country electric management system, and so on.Finally, the country electric management system is analyzed and designed detailedly, PowerBuilder6.5 and Oracle8.0.5 is selected for the former empoldering tool and the background database respectively, the C/S module country electric management system is developed, with the function being made up of system maintenance, country electrician management, country electric management, transformer adscription management and a authority management.
