| With the increasing number of power users,the traditional manual meter reading methods become more difficult.At the same time,complex artificial links and operating procedures inevitably appear errors,resulting in the loss of users or power grid corporations.Therefore,Ziyang Power Supply Company needs a set of convenient operation and reliable electric charge management system.The charge management system with power calculation,electricity,nuclear electricity and electricity monitoring integrated query and other functions,can satisfy the need of electricity management of Ziyang Power Supply Company.However,the original electricity calculation and electricity charge are mainly depended on manual labor,which is difficult to meet the growing power grid scale and user needs.In the view of the shortage of traditional electricity management mode,this paper designs a process automation and data unified electric charge management system based on Ziyang Power Supply Company by using computer technology,Internet technology and database technology.The electric charge management system can realize unified management of electric charge information,automatic accounting costs,electricity reports automatically generated and other functions.In this paper,the following works are mainly carried out by using scientific theory and technology of computer software engineering.The characteristics and key technologies are studies of MVC framework in the first part.A programming framework is designed using the MVC framework mainly based on Struct,Spring and Hibernate(SSH)and it is also a programming framework developed through in-depth study of key technologies.Secondly,the main functions of the system are analyzed and determined from the current problems that needed to be solved in the electricity business management of Ziyang Power Supply Company.Then from the perspective of business staff,electricity marketing managers and users,this paper analyzes specific tasks and data processing requirements of each function,and established the use-case model.On the basis,the main work of the demand analysis is completed.In the next part,based on the construction principles and specific functional requirements of the information platform of Power Company,the software framework of the electricity tariff management information system is built.Based on the framework,the main modules is designed such as business expense processing and electricity accounting processing in this paper,including the functions of software objects and databases.In the same time,the calculation flow description of database tables and typical tasks are given.Finally,the system functions are tested and actual the effective of system stable operation is given. |
