The Design Of Baotou Power Supply Company MIS And The Development On Material Management System

According to the present management status of Baotou Power Supply Company, the management information system (MIS) is designed and the material management subsystem is developed to adapt the power system developing. Firstly, the total design of MIS is got based on demand analysis. The function includes the following nine subsystems: the business expand and install subsystem, the electric energy measurement subsystem, the power fee and quantity subsystem, the payment of power fee subsystem, the electricity usage check subsystem, the personnel management subsystem, the material management subsystem, the integrated query subsystem, and authority management subsystem. Then PowerBuilder6.5 is selected for empoldering tool, the material management information system based on C/S model is developed. The function includes 6 modules: the system maintenance module, the material requirement module, the input and output management module, the stocking bargain management module, the provider management module, the statistic and analytic module. The system can manage and control the whole progress from material stocking to storing and operating for power supply company.
