Study On Terminal Station Operation Planning Of Passenger Dedicated Railway

From the Japanese Shinkansen put into operation, Passenger Dedicated Railway has being exerting great vitality gradually. Many countries are studying at constructing the adaptable Passenger Dedicated Railway; meanwhile, our country raises the heat of Passenger Dedicated Railway Construction. To affect the function of Passenger Dedicated Railway, it is more important to study the Comprehensive Dispatching System of Passenger Dedicated Railway. Plan Dispatching Subsystem is the kernel of Comprehensive Dispatching System. Terminal Station is a sort of important stations, and weaves operation plan which influences the function of Plan Dispatching Subsystem and further influences the exertion efficiency and management in great part. From the study of related theories of Terminal Station Operation Plan, this paper aims at researching on model and algorithm of operation plan, and then put this into cyber-planning.This paper uses the successful experiences of Japan for reference, finally combines the construction of Passenger Dedicated Railway in our country. The main achievements in this paper are:1. Based on two sides of home and overseas, the construction of Passenger Dedicated Railway, Comprehensive Dispatching System, and the Plan Dispatching Subsystem are analyzed.2. The main operations of Terminal Station and operation flows of Passenger Dedicated Railway are introduced in this paper.3. It also put forward the organization principle and content of the Terminal Station Operation Plan.4. The rationale of Terminal Station Operation Planning of Passenger Dedicated Railway is expounded in detail.5. This paper describes the operation path of Terminal Station, and then studies the model and algorithm of Terminal Station Operation Plan, also the method of evaluation about different plans.6. The adjustment methods of Terminal Station Operation Plan in some exceptional condition are discussed.7. It designs the function and structure of Terminal Station Operation Plan, which achieves the cyber-planning of Terminal Station Operation Plan.
