Motor are being used in many areas and large quantities in our domestic economy, the electricity consumption of which accounts for 40% of the total number. Currently, most of the motors use the valves or wind-preventing slabs to adjust flow, in order to meet the demand of charge variation, which cause serious wastes of electricity, and therefore speed-adjustable and energy-saving products are in great demand. Among these products, especially in these low-voltage and small-capacity motor systems, frequency-changeable speed-adjustable apparatus receives acceptance and large application. While in high-voltage speed-adjustable systems, it is hard for the frequency-changeable and speed-adjustable apparatus to be promoted and applied in large scopes due to its high cast, large volume and many problems existing in its application. And infernal-feedback series speed-adjustable apparatus meets this very requirement and is a technologically advanced and economically applicable high-tech product, which is developed and manufactured on the basis of traditional series speed-adjustable theories, and has lots of advantages such as simple structure, easy maintenance, capable of smoothly adjusting speed and so on.It will no doubt save considerable energy and can be promoted in large scopes. Though analyses of the working theory of the infernal-feedback speed-adjustable motor, this paper introduces the magnetic and structural design and experiment methods of the infernal-feedback speed-adjustable motor .Finally, this paper carries on detailed test and analyses of some factual examples, and demonstrates this speed-adjustable systems completely accords with the designing thoughts of this thesis, and contributes to the application and promotion of this series of motors.
