Electric Motor systems are the most important load in all industries,they consumes about 70%of all electricity produced globally,and improvements in the level of energy efficiency of motor systems has always been a hot research issue.Research scholars at home and abroad have carried out a numerous research on high efficiency electric motors,motor system energy saving technology and other aspects,this paper focuses on the motor system energy-saving technology research,the main research contents are as follows:1)Aiming at the current research hotspots in the field of energy saving of motor systems at home and abroad,this paper introduces the common energy-saving technologies used in motor systems,and discusses their applicability to different motors and load types.2)The basic principle and structure of induction and AC Permanent magnet motor are analyzed,the calculation methods of iron loss and copper consumption of motor are introduced and analyzed,and the working principle and significance of voltage regulation and reactive power compensation as common energy saving methods are discussed.3)A model of industrial motor system is built by using Matlab-Simulink,which includes induction motor,permanent magnet motor,constant load and dynamic load,and the energy-saving effect of using different energy-saving methods under different operating conditions is compared and analyzed by using this model.
