Carton samplemaker is a kind of automatic equipment which uses the crossing and integrating technology comprising of mechanics, computer, motion control and data communication, its control part is numerical control system built up with motion control card or motion controller.The core of the NC(Numerical Control) system in carton samplemaker discussed in this paper is motion controller which design is based on TMS320F2812, a kind of DSP (Digital Signal Process) chip.The software of the system is divided into four modules, file conversion, data communication, motion control, and setup and display of parameters. And this paper mainly does research on technologies related to the module of data communication and motion control.This paper has implemented the algorithm of trapezoidal AD (Acceleration and Deceleration) control and S-curve AD control, and compared the two on acceleration time span, acceleration steps, stationary of velocity change, and algorithm complexity. The correctness of two implementations of trapezoidal AD control algorithm is proved using mathematical induction. As for S-curve AD control, simulation has done to validate its correctness by writing a corresponding matlab program. And an inequality about its parameters has gotten by deduction.After comparing point-by-point comparison method with minimum deviation method, this paper implements the algorithm of 2-axis linear interpolation, circular interpolation and 3-axis linear interpolation. Corresponding matlab programs have also been written to validate their correctness. Besides, it also gives a method used to calculate the pulse quantity between the start-point to end-point along arc while implementing circular interpolation.This paper has cut the normal TCP/IP protocol suite, implemented a cutted instance of the protocol suite from bottom to top, and tested the instance with related tools.In a word, this paper has finished the research on the correlative technologies, and gotten some elementary results. The disvantage of the system, which is caused by the design of the motion controller that let DSP peripheral EV feed pulse directly, is the max frequency of pulse output is limited to the instruct speed of DSP chip and the complexity of the interrupt handler. Deeper research is needed to solve the problem.
