The Safety Of Highway Road Evaluation And InSAR Monitoring GIS Management System

With implementation of the "western development" and "sustainable development" strategy, the construction of highway is increasing. Due to restrictions of geological conditions and the road itself, highway construction often encounter a wide range of complex geological problems, a hidden danger is generated in the construction and operation of roadbed, pavement and other structures such as the Bridge and Tunnel.This paper is directed against these potential risks and hazards, take effective evaluation and prediction, take timely measures, and construct the corresponding early-warning GIS management system to avoid and mitigate losses caused by disasters.This paper systematically summed up the roadbed, pavement, tunnels and bridges in various parts of the safety factor and security evaluation criteria and methods. On this basis, the GIS technologies is used, the studies of GIS project management system and road safety warning system is taken, the road safety early-warning GIS system is preliminary constructed. The warning and management system are used in the safety management of YuDeng highway Sigou high fill embankment sections and Huaishu Ping Road Tunnel, monitoring and analysis is taken in the aspects of the high embankment deformation of the surface subsidence, settlement and culvert tunnel vaults settlement, clearance convergence, rock-hole pressure and deformation; Paper selects several typical profiles, compared the numerical analysis results, model test results, field monitoring and summed up the results of the safety evaluation criteria, to take a safety analysis and evaluation and propose treatment measures accordingly.In short, the works on highway safety evaluation, monitoring and forecasting is extremely necessary, it is one of the important measures to ensure highway safety operation in the design life. The constructed road safety early-warning GIS management system can to achieve analysising, management and inquirying conveniently of deformation information, and give full play to its benefits of economic and social.Through the discusses of this paper, a reference could be provide for the safety management of the construction and operation of the various road projects ,to achieve security and early-warning , prevent and mitigate losses caused by disasters.
