Finish concrete is defined as a kind of one-forming concrete without any ornament. The natural forming , mirror–like surface , clear vein , plain looking and the natural style , gland and elegant frame , and the overall structure of"compact rather than simply ,"have create a new architectural school of finish concrete building. The finish concrete building is a kind of typical green building of energy saving and environmental protection which can achieve multi-benefits among project developers, contractors and households and bring huge contribution to economic, social and environmental profit. In spite of such merits, it raises the extra high-standard requirement for formwork technology, design of detail nodal point and fine construction. At the present ,due to shortage of the standards for design and constructional acceptance in china, a large quantities of deficiencies and general quality problem exist in finish concrete resulting in re- plastering and loss at high- cost. So it is urgent and significant to solve those problems and explore a new technology of finish concrete, which is needed by the strategic policy of sustainable development. At first,The article hereby completely represents application and development history of finish concrete in detail home and abroad, the current condition and advantage; systematically sum up its development process including four phases: original finish concrete, finish concrete, mirror concrete and colored finish concrete. And also, analysis the problems with engineering design and construction, and provide specific measures and solution.Next , Finish concrete is initially generalized and classified according to three aspects as well as its standard for constructional quality acceptance systematically. The choice of the formwork system for finish concrete is critical to successful construction. The chapter 4 to this article provides the solution to the choice on the basis of the analysis and type determination, the load calculation and the technology design of detailed nodal point etc. and discuss on raw material choice and mixture ratio design of finish concrete. The Yu,zhou power station constructing engineering(Ⅰ) (The 2005"Lu Ban"prize project) is taken as an example to demonstrate the technology , key points and cautions in construction for fair-faced finishing concrete in detail. At last ,On the base of two large-sized thermal power generation projects which are entrusted to train the author , during process of overcoming technology difficulty and making technology innovation for finish concrete , the new technologies of"the new model formwork of plywood covered with PVC and lineal rounding corner for beams and columns"has successfully been explored ,which create the new era of mirror concrete. Also the mirror concrete of the"qin,bei"power station constructing engineering (Ⅰ) is praised as one of the most classical engineering for finish concrete . Colored finish concrete is a new building concept and will be a developing trend of finish concrete in future . Through preliminary test and study on raw material, mixture ratio design, strength, working property of colored finish concrete under the company laboratory t of entrusting me, some data and experience are obtained , therefore a solid foundation for the colored finish concrete's application is laid in China .
