| According to the present situation of buildings' external thermal insulating rendering systems(ETIRS) in Chongqing,The construction technical of Chongqing buildings' ETIRS was researched by analyzing affecting factors of ETIRS' quality.In the article, based on the study of the ETIRS' present situation in Chongqing, some questions was discovered, such as cracks existing, bonding issues, blind to improve technology issues, fire safety durability testing and assessment. By analyzing the basic structure, thermal properties and the present construction technology, it was put forward that the main affecting factors of ETIRS' quality were the quality of its raw materials, slurry ratio, the thickness of the insulation layer, conservation and construction quality. According to these affecting factors, the construction technical optimizations of two ETIRS were made. The two ETIRS are separately made of expanded polystyrene granule as aggregate and expanded polystyrene board which used more common in Chongqing. Feasibility analysis and experimental study to optimization were carried out. And these optimizations were verified by engineering practice.Three aspects optimization were made, such as the material selection, size ratio and construction quality of ETIRS made of expanded polystyrene granule as aggregate. Size ratio optimization of ETIRS which made of expanded polystyrene board was made too. According to the construction technical optimization, the samples were made, tested weathering, and tested heat transfer coefficient. These test results show that: to specimen which was made by the optimization of ETIRS which made of expanded polystyrene granule as aggregate, there were no cracks and looses after weathering test, it's heat transfer coefficient was minimum, and meet the requirements of heat transfer coefficient limits in the external walls of the current hot summer and cold winter. Based on the results of these tests, a further adjustment of the construction process was made, and the feasible of optimization of ETIRS which made of expanded polystyrene granule as aggregate was proofed based on the practical application.In summary, in this paper, based on the purposes of energy, anti-cracking, and economic, and according to the principles of using local materials, adjusting measures to local conditions, aesthetic and practical, the construction technical optimizations of two ETIRS were made. This two ETIRS are separately made of expanded polystyrene granule as aggregate and expanded polystyrene board. It was proofed that the introduced construction technical of ETIRS is suitable used in Chongqing by the verify oftest and application. |
