Water is the source of human survival,and it is the important material and environmental foundation for economic development.In recent years,due to the soaring of high-rise buildings,secondary water supply has become one of the main ways of centralized water supply in China,and the pressure of residential water supply is significant.As most of China's water supply pipe network was built in the last century,due to the restrictions of The Times,most of the pipeline materials are metal materials,which are exposed to moist underground environment all year round and easy to be corroded.A large number of iron bacteria are easy to breed in the humid metal pipe,which leads to the increase of iron ion content in the outlet water of the pipe network.Bacteria living in the inner walls of metal pipes and various kinds of microbes have long formed biofilms,causing serious corrosion of pipes.These reasons in the process of water chromaticity and turbidity of water increases,presents some common pollution condition: iron,chromium,manganese,chromaticity and turbidity and bacteria microbial indexes such as overweight,these problems make the residents drinking water crisis,to the residents of the pressure in the heart,even will cause the outbreak of intestinal infectious diseases,cause water to panic.Therefore,the establishment of safe,reliable,and reasonable secondary water supply optimization system for drinking water,and the rational disposal of water pollution sources,so that unified management and management,for the improvement of urban living standards and people's livelihood projects are of great significance.As most of the secondary water supply equipment is old,the water quality safety of the old cistern water tank cannot be guaranteed,which is very easy to cause pollution.Moreover,the old equipment is seriously wasted in energy and consumes huge energy.Now have been unable to meet the demand of water,and pipe network leakage serious material,high energy consumption of the equipment,facilities,poor security and management responsibility,clear,troubleshooting problems such as not in time,causing water quality susceptible to secondary pollution.At present,there are many researches on the leakage control and water quality pollution control of the secondary water supply facilities,but there are few researches on the economic evaluation and management of the secondary water supply facilities.In particular,in the secondary water supply should be based on environmental factors in the design of the choice of scientific and reasonable way of water supply,water supply equipment,pipeline,water tank,in the aspect of management form construct in a systematic way of ruling over a set of optimization strategy pattern,to improve water quality of water supply and the loss of reducing energy consumption and operation cost.Taking the current secondary water supply system of jiangyin city as the investigation object,the existing problems and reasons of the current secondary water supply situation are studied mainly from the pipeline corrosion and scaling sediment and microbial propagation analysis,further for equipment or pipeline wall material research,combined with external reasons and secondar y water supply management problems in-depth analysis.In jiangyin city water supply conditions and secondary water supply problem has carried on the detailed analysis,the secondary water supply water quality monitoring,in view of the specific analysis of the causes of problems of water quality,and from the secondary water supply tank,piping,equipment and other facilities such as reasonable selection optimization configuration optimization way of water supply,achieve real-time monitoring,real-time analysis,real-time management principle,USES the construct in a systematic way over the form of a unified construction,operation,maintenance strategy,clear the responsibility main body,ensure the safety of secondary water supply users.Taking the typical xiangshuwan garden project as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems and influencing factors of the secondary water supply facilities in the community,conduct research on water quality safety and energy consumption,and carry out reasonable reconstruction on the specific issues of the project.After the completion of the transformation,the operating process was monitored continuously for 7 months,compared with the previous unmodified data,the changes in water quality were compared,and the energy consumption was further evaluated.It was found that the energy consumption of the secondary water supply system was far better than before the transformation.For example,the turbidity dropped from 1.30 to 0.60 NTU,and the residual chlorine increased from 0.18 to 0.35 mg/L.Meanwhile,the energy cost was saved 109,395.2 yuan every year.This paper provided a comprehensive understanding to the management of secondary water supply,from a practical application effect,safety,efficiency,timeliness by a partical project.It had greater advantages,which created a new road for secondary water supply and unified management for Jiangyin Water Division.
