The municipal drainage pipeline project is an important part of the urban infrastructure construction,and its quality has always been the focus of social concern.At the same time,because of the hidden nature of the municipal drainage pipeline project,the quality problems in the construction process can easily be concealed,leaving hidden problems for the later operations.If we can find out the key quality risk factors in the construction process of municipal drainage pipelines and manage them,on the one hand,it can reduce the waste of engineering costs caused by rework,etc.,and reduce the government's economic expenditure on municipal projects.On the other hand,long-term and stable projects can greatly reduce the impact of repeated construction on residents and society.In the long run,the improvement of the quality of municipal drainage pipelines can produce huge economic and social benefits.Effective control of its associated quality risk factors has significant implications.The research contents of this article mainly include the following aspects: 1 From the completed construction materials of the Municipal Drainage Pipeline Project in ZZ City the quality problems reflected in the correction records in the construction log are summarized,and the methods are improved by consulting the literature and visiting the construction site etc..The summary table summarizes the high frequency of quality problems in the urban drainage pipe project in ZZ City and traces back the causes.By studying the article about “project quality risk” in the core periodicals of CNKI in the past three years and combining expert opinions,the risk factor classification method was determined.On this basis,a list of quality risk factors for municipal drainage pipeline engineering was obtained.2 Combine the ANP and DX road rain sewer project to form the DX Road project quality risk factor set and ANP model,calculate the weights of the quality risk factors at all levels,and analyze the ranking these factors.Then combined with the ABC classification method,the key factors were proposed to deal with strategies to better guide the engineering practice.
