This thesis concentrates on research about the eddy current brake control system, which takes high speed meglev train as application object. So far, the study on the linear eddy current braking technology is on the way of preliminary stage in China, there is less study on eddy current braking technology and its control system of maglev train. If the key technology of eddy current braking breaks through,it will provide the safe assurance for reliable running of maglev transrapid. Therefore, research on technology above is essential for engineering application field.This thesis consists of three aspects. The first aspects involves in eddy current brake control object modeling and analysis, and the second one is designing control method, the last one comes to engineering realization and experimental research. It is worthy of mentioning that the latter one technique should be achieved on the basis of the former two.In terms of the eddy current brake control object modeling analysis, this thesis analyses the electromagnetic mechanism by finite element, and the result shows that the adjacently reaching magnetic pole formed closed-loop magnetic field, each magnetic loop is between coherence and symmetry, therefore, analysis of the entire electromagnetic eddy current brake electromagnet mechanism problems can be simplified as the analysis of one pair of magnetic pole of the electromagnetic problem, in the above analysis, this thesis derived braking force and eddy current calculation method to the equation based on the analytical method.Taking former model as control object, in terms of control method designing, double loops control is put forward, which include the inner loop of brake force control and the outer ring of deceleration control. first it comes to the design of inner loop, this thesis get constant force by adopting state feedback series correction compound control method, then the outer ring controller design, according to the speed and other information of the train at that time, and integrated air resistance, fuzzy controller is designed, in accordance with the rules of fuzzy control, the force level is determined, and the results will be the input of inner loop controller, through simulation and experiment, It shows that the control over the program can get an appropriate safety smooth deceleration for the train to berth in the designated parking point.In the eddy current brake control technology engineering and experimental research, this thesis briefed control system hardware platform, based on this, according to the above control program design, the corresponding eddy current brake control procedures is completed, and remote monitoring technology is applied in the tests. tests show the ultimate success of the system to brake high-speed maglev train.Conclusion analyzing the drawbacks about the control modeling and control method is revealed in the last part of this thesis, and the primary solutions are also listed out.
