| The steel structure is now becoming one of the main structure styles of high-rise and super high-rise building. One of the prime reasons is that the steel structure is lightweight, its mechanical property is good, its seismic behavior is superior, and so on. As high-rise structure, it is different from one-layer and multi-layer structures, because in high-rise structure horizon lateral load (earthquake load, wind load) works as control action, and the gravity force is secondary. So in high-rise building lateral load resistance members become main constituent, and economic comparison is main in lateral resistance member's comparison. The steel plate shear wall with slits as a new lateral resistance member, its economic performance and structure performance are good. This paper has analyzed the seismic behavior by finite-element method with the finite-element software—ANSYS. The main content of this paper is as following:(1) Based on tests, this paper analyzed the bearing capacity of the steel plate shear wall with slits under monotonic load; and applied low-cycle load on the structure model, then analyzed the seismic behavior of steel plate shear wall with slits.(2) Compared the result of finite-element analysis with the result of the test, then analyzed the reason of producing error, and a method to reduce the deformation out of plane was put forward . The method is to set rib stiffener on both sides of steel plate shear wall with slits.(3) Analyzed the effect of the rib stiffener and the parameter of rib stiffener to the seismic behavior of the steel plate shear wall with slits. Then presented that the width of rib stiffener should be 1/2~1 of the width of flange girth of beam and column, but not exceed the width of flange girth of beam and column; Presented that the thickness of rib stiffener should be 1~1.5 of the steel plate's thickness.(4) Based on the entire design parameter being determined, analyzed the effect of the design parameter of wall limb; Then presented that the ratio of height and width should be h/b=3~6. |
