In the paper, based on reading and studying a great number of references about fluid dynamic technique and numerical computing methods of flow field, 3-D Numerical simulations and visual analysis of the flow field in hydraulic poppet valve with inside flow work condition were obtained by CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software Fluent.Considering the incomplete symmetry of the flow field in the valve, the influence of flow field in the hydraulic valve by the oil hole on the sleeve, the 3-D models are established with the same structure parameter as the practical. Some analysis about different structure model are made, the main contents are as follow:(1) Aimed at a practical manufactured poppet valve in YuCi Hydraulic Research Company, 3-D model is established. The mesh of the model is generated by Gambit which is the foreprocessor of the Fluent. Both the static valve cone and the moving valve cone, the hydraulic oil flow inside the poppet valve is simulated. When the poppet cone is static, the flow field inside the poppet valve is simulated at the different opening positions and the different boundary conditions. When the poppet cone is moving, the field flow is simulated by setting the dynamic mesh. Through the UDF( user defined functions), the velocity of the poppet cone about opening and closing are defined. The simulation results are useful for the analysis of noise about the poppet valve.(2) Aimed at cartridge poppet valve withφ16 diameter, numerical simulations are made. Based on the velocity vector distribution and pressure distribution results, the structure and parameters about valve are adjusted, the characteristic of different structure valves are compared and investigated.(3) When the velocity of the fluid flow is changing, the flow force is generated, it is the important factor for designing and analyzing the control valve. The static and transient flow force is calculated by the theoretical formula and the simulation.The study for the valve has offered the significant reference to designing the valve and optimizing the performance.The contents of the third chapter come from the cooperation item with YuCi Hydraulic Research Company; the else contents come from NSFC item: The theories and methods of continue control about flow,direction of new conception electronic -hydraulic, item authorized No 50575156.
