With high developing of tional economy and enhancing of the people's live, the supply and decrement of electric power has infiltrated the social production and the people's live, and the power requirement has been increased more and more. Meanwhile, due to the modification of the industrial construction and the formulation of the power market and the completement of the electrovalence mechanism, the economical efficiency and the reliability of the electric network has been reported the new requirements.The main problem of the distribution in china are the lower investment, the higher losses ratio and the nether more reliability. But the triadic relation is mutual interference. That is to say, the power enterprise must raise the input to fall the line losses and boost the reliability. So the paper seeks a best way to cater the distribution convert, on the base of the investment, the losses ratio and the reliability.Firstly, the paper sets forth the basic thought of the distribution optimization, and the basic theory and the algorithmic method of the consumers reliability and the line losses. The paper tells and compares the power flow of Newton type, bus type and branch type, and confirms the algorithmic way of the distribution's power flow.Secondly, based on exploring the single goal function, the paper establishs the distribution optimization's general mode of the multiple goal function. Because the values of the each single goal are imparity in the distribution optimization's general mode, the weight coefficient are very difficult in practice applications. The paper used the weight coefficient method to solve the technic problem reasonably. Through inverting the distribution optimization's general mode of the multiple goal function, the paper sets up the distribution optimization's improved mode of the multiple goal function, and determines the constraint condition.Thirdly, the paper studies the distribution optimization algorithm and consists of the Optimal Flow Pattern, the Branch Exchange Method, neural network mode, Simulated Annealing, and genetic algorithm. Approving comparison, the paper defines the genetic algorithm to be the distribution optimization algorithm. And on the based of the basic genetic algorithm and the improved genetic algorithm, establish the theory of distribution optimization based on genetic algorithm. The paper improved the coding mode and repaired the radial pattern networks, so breeds out the infeasible solution reasonably, tails off the search space and boosts the procedure's calculating speed.Finally, the paper composes the distribution optimization procedure based on GA toolbox in MATLAB and MATPOWER3.0. The author certified the correctness of the model by calculated the local area network in actual network, achieved the practical significance.
