The development of prestressed space grid structure has been introduced briefly in this paper. It is also discussed the superiority and prospect of prestressed space steel structure. Based on the prestressed tensegrity structure and the grid structure, a new cooperating grid composed by prestressed cable and pole has been analysed. From this conception, based on the steel structure's designing software of 3D3S, creates a normal grid, and then replaced the bottom pole with prestressed cable. Researching the deformation and deflection of the new cooperating prestressed grid in prestressd state and loads state, depending on the model of ANSYS. Through the statics analysis's comparision between the new prestressed cooperating grid and normal grid, we can draw the following condusions: firstly, the outstanding structure efficiency of the new structure; secondly, the best prestressed ranges; thirdly, discusses the values of the prestressed tensile force; fourthly, briefly introduces the methods of new structure's construction; Finally, summarizes the feasibility and economy of new structure.This paper is aiming at estimating the feasibility and economy through statics and construction 's analysis of new structure, which can be helpful to develop and design for the new prestressed cooperating grid.
