Nowadays the development of inverter is direct towards high effiency, high stability, high power density, low pollution and modularization. A lot of novel modulation techenique and various control schemes suitable for different requirements are brought forward . In the aspect of apllication, the whole digital process of inverte is accelerated by the maturity and popularization of Digital Signal Processing (DSP).The development of the PWM techenique of inverter is focused on these four aspects:How to imporve the efficiency of the use rate of DC voltage. How to eliminate the harmonic without changing the basic output voltage. How to improve the control performance. How to change the distribution of the harmonic. This paper mainly presents the realization and comparation of different modulation methods of digital-controlled inverter, including the modeling and emulating of different modulation methods using Matlab, and their digital realization and harmonic analysis.A dual loop control strategy with instantaneous inductance current inner loop and instantaneous output voltage outer loop is also presented. The parameters of the controller is designed base on the inverter model. The digital control is achieved through DSP TMS320LF2407A,and the detail flow chart of software is presented. Especially, the zero-crossing surging of the monopolar SPWM doubleside control is discussed.
