Inverter is the one that can convert the different types and different qualities power supplies to satisfy the needs of user, and it is widely used in the whole parts of national product and life. With the DSP (digital signal processor) appearing and developing, digital control technology of practical inverter and the system, have the advantage of effective control arithmetic, real-time control, high universality, favourable anti-jamming capability, flexible control method, convenient update and maintenance and so on. More and more digital control technologies are used in inverter power supply, and the traditional analog control technology will be replaced.In this paper, on the base of analyzing and comparing several control strategies of inverters, presents a digital control system of inverters based on dsPIC30F series microcontroller. The technology and algorithm of generating SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) and PI regulation control have been testified. And analyzes the traditional digital PI regulation methods, because of integral saturation phenomenon, this paper presents a new kind of gearshift integral PI regulation. According to sinusoidal Pulse-Width Modulation (SPWM) skill, presents a new and effective method of generating SPWM waves based on center alignment PWM method and symmetric algorithmic regular sampling algorithm and implemented by the dsPIC30F series microcontroller. The double closed-loop is consisted of output voltage feedback loop and current feedback loop, and gearshift integral PI regulation is used in output voltage feedback loop. On the basis of the digital inverter system, designs the hardware and software of this system. Finally, completes the simulation research by PSIM, gives the simulation waveforms, and analyses the stability and external characteristics of this control strategy system, verifies the feasibility.Build a solid foundation for the follow-up research and design of the inverter.
