With the rapid development of technology,as the core part of the uninterruptible power supply (UPS), power inverter, new energy power supply system and other power supply equipment, the inverter has been widely applied in various fields. Therefore, the study of the inverter, especially its digitized research has an important significance for the development of modern industry. Compared with traditional analog inverter, The high-performance digital inverter has a series of advantages such as high stability, fast dynamic response, high steady-state accuracy and so on. The goal of this paper is to develop a digital inverter based on TMS320F2812.The first part of this paper is an introduction to the operating principle and structure of inverter circuit;also in this part are elaborations of the operating principle of the pulse width modulation technology as well as production of the sine pulse width modulation technology.Moreover,the study has established for the single-phase full-bridge inverter a continuous state space mathematical model and a discrete state space model.Based on the models,this research has presented a panorama of the digital control methods applied currently to the design of inverters and discussed both the merits and drawbacks of every control method.The hardware and software design of digital inverter is the focus of this paper.In hardware design, in addition to present main circuit of the full-bridge control circuit and driver circuit, the design of the filter circuit, sampling circuit and auxiliary power introduced in detail. In software design, the implementation of digital inverter control system based on the TMS320F2812is the focus of the article, including digital PID controller design, the sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform generation and digital signal acquisition and conversion.At the end of the part, the paper give the results of the design and noted that the way for the further work.
