The Research On Technology Of Dynamic Management Of Construction Project

In this paper based on similar research results from home and abroad,the author defined and interpretated the connotation and the features of the dynamic management of construction projects, and discripted the purpose and significance of the dynamic management of construction projects. Then taking a large municipal road projects on Changsha City as the example. the author further demonstrated that during the dynamic management of project, the conflicts are inevitable. On the basis of this, the author deeply studied the coordination and the techniques of dealing with conflicts in the the dynamic management of construction project.The thesis first discribed the connotation and the features of dynamic management of construction projects. To the construction project management, the motive force comes from within and outside the various conflicts on the impact of construction project management. Actually, the dynamic management of construction project is a constant process through the coordination and disputes prevention and resolution.Coordination is one of the cores of the construction project, and coordination is the key factor of the dynamic management of construction project. After describing the the general method of coordination, the paper further studies coordination techniques of the dynamic management of construction project from following aspects: the project's objectives, the management of all participants, the acts of participants, as well as the cultures of construction project. The core of construction project coordination is the sweeping of the obstacles and difficulties that the participants encountered in the process of the project management, and making the project objectives achieved what the manager want; Management Coordination includes the factors of planning, organization, technology, decision-making and command , interface, the contract, and information; The basic elements of the acts of participants are the mutual cooperations in the project team members, which include the degree of emphasis on the coordination of project and importance attached to complete their work seriously; On the influences of project cultures, people will develop a certain code of conduct and customary behavior, these conducts and behaviors will make a variety of effects in the process of project management, including organization goals, plans, procedures, regulations and basic values, and so on. This is the essence of the cultural coordination.The another core of construction project is dealing with conflicts. On the basis of the results from the study at home and abroad on source of disputes in construction project management, the fault tree analysis method was used to establish the fault tree of the project management and the sub-fault-tree of the contract, the trigger events, and the direct conflict. Based on the survey data and the analysis, the conclution is drawn that the disputes is inevitable in the process of construction project management. In the process of the construction, there are a prenty of disputes about the interests of participants, management procedures, time, human resources, technology, resources, priority, the work plan and contents in the all participants . This paper carried out a detailed analysis of these disputes, and put forward the specific solutions.
