Research On The Problems And Measures In The Construction Of Botanical Garden Industry Zone

With the unceasing improvement of people's living standards,the demand of botanical garden nursery become bigger and bigger,and the request of variety and quality was also higher and higher,which brought the unprecedented prosperity for the national nursery stock market.The urban development situation of Nanning had undergone profound change in the new century.Especially China and ASEAN held "China-ASEAN Expo." every year from 2004 in Nanning,the country pushed Nanning to forefront of opening up from the strategic height.The time's development had led the Nanning botanical garden industry's development.The Nanning botanical garden authority embarked from the actual situation,through rented the farmer's land,constructed Hua hua big world botanical garden industry demonstrated zone in Wuming county Shuangqiao town whose area was 450 hm2,filled the blank of none large-scale botanical garden plant nursery.This article took "Hua hua big world botanical garden industry demonstrated zone" which was in Nanning as the object of study,carried on the investigation from a new angle of view to its construction situation,and explored the major issues which were faced in the construction positively,such as the land utilization,the land contracting,the selecting location of garden area,the scenic spot planning construction fund and so on, the development of management projects,the collection of construction fund and so on, analyzed the root of problems and proposed measures to solve the problem linking to the reality.This research based on primary diagnosis material,the result had great significance to the following construction of "Hua hua big world botanical garden industry demonstrated zone",consummated the research content of our "botanical garden" industry zone's correlated theories,and provided the reality basis for the policy-makers who will to develop and construct the botanical garden industry zone.This article was divided into 7 chapters.The first chapter was introduction,mainly including proposing the question,literature review,the goal and significance of this study. The second chapter was the article's research design,including the content and mentality, methodology and the main innovation.The third chapter focused on the basic situation of research object,including the present situation and construction process situation.The fourth chapter proposed the major existing questions in the construction,such as land targets were not implemented,farmers' disputes,low standards of garden's construction, plauning and construction problems of scenic areas and spots,the insufficient capital investment and so on.The fifth chapter analysis the reason of the problems which existed in the construction of research object on the qualitative and quantitative analysis foundation,obtained a series of conclusions such as "resoled the target problem of construction land year by year","actively guide and adjust the local agriculture industrial structure","enhanced the enterprise core competitiveness promoted the use of container seedlings","prominent botanical garden industry characteristics landscape","built unique tourism projects".The seventh chapter was conclusion,proposed the further ponder questions which were needed.The innovation of this study mainly reflected that,carried on the real diagnosis investigation to Hua hua big world botanical garden industry demonstrated zone,through questionnaires and document interviews.The investigation and analysis of the related aspects such as development and construction mode of the botanical garden industry area, the construction standards and character,the planning of landscape characteristics tourism project,the service satisfaction of garden construction,had the innovation.
