| Because of lacking normal energy resources and huge building energy consumption, and under the policy to building a new socialist countryside, solar dwellings were introduced to solve the problem of heating in countryside of northern china, to lower building energy consumption and to increse utilization in solar and other renewable resources.First of all, the optimum design ideas of solar dwellings in countryside of north were introduced by considering rural geography, climate and other characteristics. It was introduced in following four aspects: energy-efficiency planning design, energy-efficiency planar design, energy-efficiency facade design and building envelope optimum design.Futhermore, the optimum scheme of solar utilization in solar dwellings of north countryside was introduced by taking the solar experimental house in pusalu village as an example. By combining the passive solar house with the active solar radiant floor heating system, renewable resource as solar energy could be used extensively and building energy consumption could be lowered as much as possible.Finally, through the testing in thermal properties of building envelope and building energy consumption of solar experimental house in pusalu village and other dwellings in changping District of Beijing, it has been analyzed many characteristics of those dwellings, such as thermal properties of building envelope, technical feasibility, energy-efficiency result, environmental benefits and economic feasibility.The study of the thesis is an important component of building a new socialist countryside. The result of the study settles a steady foundation to the construction of eco-village in changping District of Beijing, and also provides a basis to develop solar dwelling in countryside of northern china. |
