According to related statistics data, the heating and air-conditioning energy consumption accounted for 50% to 60% of total energy consumption in public buildings. With the development of economy, the expansion of heating region, and the increase of conditioned buildings, the ratio of heating and air-conditioning energy consumption will be increasing.The reasonable setting of indoor air computation parameter not only affect the indoor thermal comfort and staff working conditions, but also directly related to the energy consumption of air-conditioning system.As people focus on energy conservation, how to choose the indoor air computation parameters also becomes an important aspect of building energy efficiency.If we can get an energy-saving and comfort zone, taking into account the comfort and energy efficiency, and considering the differences in building function, the designer will select the design parameters for the great convenience.In this study, the influence of the indoor air computation parameters on energy consumption of the heating and air-conditioning system was analyzed with the method of taking civil buildings in the Tianjin area as examples. During the course of the study, the thermal comfort was took as precondition and the actual research as auxiliary basis, then by energy simulation the different indoor air computation parameters energy-consumption was obtained. Since the energy-consumption of different types of buildings varies widely, I would like to discuss the characteristics of the consumption of the small-scale office buildings, the large-scale office buildings, the business buildings and the residential building seperately. From this study, the energy-saving comfort zone comes as follows:1. In the summer conditions, the values of relative humidity for calculation are recommended to set in the range of 40% to 65%, and the higher values were better than the lower. The buildings air-conditioning energy-saving and comfort zone is -0.5<PMV<0.1 and corresponding temperatrue range is between 22.9 and 25.5℃for small-scale advanced office building wihle the values of -0.4<PMV<0.2 as well as range of 22.6 to 25.1℃for large-scale. The zone is 0.1<PMV<1 and corresponding temperatrue range is between 24.9 and 28.5℃for the small-scale general office wihle the values of 0.2<PMV<1 as well as range of 24.6 and 28.5℃for large -scale. In business buildings, the energy-saving and comfort zone is 0.3<PMV <1, the corresponding temperature is 24.4 to 27.7℃.2. In the winter conditions, the values of relative humidity for calculation are recommended to set in the range of 30% to 60%, and the lower values were better than the higher. The advanced office buildings air-conditioning energy-saving and comfort zone is -0.3<PMV<0.4 and corresponding temperatrue range is between 20.9 and 24.8℃, wihle the values of -1<PMV<0.3 as well as range of 17.9 and 21.6℃for the general office buildings. In business buildings, the zone is -1<PMV <0, the corresponding temperature is 14 to 20.2℃.3. When the building with central heating in winter, the energy-saving comfort temperature is 17 to 21.8℃for office buildings, and 17.8 to 22.8℃for residential building.The results of this paper play a guiding role in choosing indoor air computation parameter, we should consider all of the influencing factors when we do the building energy efficiency design and find the best energy saving measures.
