The Research And Realization Of Draft System Of Simulation System For Lifting

The design project of lifting industry has an important effect on the lifting industry. The Simulation System for Lifting is the special software for the lifting industry. For the purpose of carrying the lifting task safely and favorably, and also improving the trustiness of the lifting project, it is necessary to develop this system. And as an important module of the whole system, the draft department is the precondition to insure the whole system to be carried on successfully. Therefore, there are some practical meanings of the research of the draft system.The draft system includes the 2D draft and its realization in the 3D environment. The main task of the system is first to simulate the lifting equipment, and its appendage, and also the lifting environment. Then, design the data format of the lifting equipment and the environment, as well as the editing function and the preview of the 2D graphics and so on. The main content and core technology used of the thesis include:(1) The Object-Oriented thought is researched, the STL technology for data storing is used, and so dose the UML language, the OpenGL technology, the GDI graphics programming technology and the XML technology.(2) The OOA, OOD and OOP are used to design and program in this thesis. First, using the RAD model to design the system structures, and also establish the graphics library. Second, using the 00 thought to design the attribute and the operation of the graphics library. Third, complete the 2D realization job in 3D environment by OpenGL. And at last, complete the testing job.(3) The data storing format and the reading function is researched by using the XML technology. And the interface of data structures between the different models is also defined.The thesis mainly completes the research and realization jobs of the draft system. It also brings forward the thought of 2D draft based on GDI, and its realization in 3D environment based on OpenGL, all of these research and design jobs are based on the traits of lifting industry. The whole project is in well design, and running in high efficiency. Therefore, the draft system has some application meanings for the lifting industry.
