For a long period of time, automation in the electric power industry is very low in our country, which can hardly satisfy the demand of high quality electric power. To improve the quality and efficiency of electric power, we need to upgrade the traditional mode which is the manual based to a new mode which is based on the computer monitoring and controlling system.The importance of hydropower station integrated automation system is dealt with, and the existing research condition and developing trend of integrated automation system is analyzed as well as the remaining shortcoming of the computer monitor system of LIJIAXIA hydropower station is been discussed. According to the actual situations of hydropower station, the influence of different control schemes on the reconstruction of LIJIAXIA hydropower station is analyzed. This paper selects reasonably the system structure of reconstruction of the station, and the system block diagram is given. Integrating the system architecture, the hardware arrangement and lectotype of system are discussed in detail.According to the study on the principle of hydropower unit sequence control, integrating the actual situations of hydropower station, the program of hydropower unit sequence control is designed, including automatic startup, automatic shutdown, automatic surveillance and so on, meanwhile, the table of switch input and switch output is given. Through the design, the automatic sequence control of hydropower unit is realized.The software for monitor system is designed by the actual situations of hydropower station. This paper describes the basic structure, flow, main interface.In the ending section, a conclusion is made on the research and the technology of this control system.
