So, the workload and difficulty of evaluation have increased dramatically than ever, and it is very important that how to make a scientific and reasonable judgment in a relatively short time.In order to carry out the bidding work of BOQ with smooth and high efficient, a detailed research on the evaluation system of BOQ is given, and the extremely high-efficient computer-aided evaluation system of BOQ is exploited. The system can meet needs of the market of BOQ evaluation at present and has already been applied into BOQ evaluation practice for many times and achieved perfect effect. The main content in this paper is as follows:â‘ On the basis of gathering a large number of the method about tender evaluation, this paper carries out a detailed research on the establishing process weight distribution and quantitative indicators of BOQ evaluation Indicator System, and establishes the basic model of BOQ evaluation method;â‘¡Through structured analysis methods such as the analysis of user's needs, logic model of structure system and utilizing the structural functional diagram of the system, procedure flow diagram, etc., construct the intact BOQ evaluation system;â‘¢Making use of the systematic development tools, this paper designed systematic main window and program interfaces, wrote systematic procedure codes, so that the systematic basic functions are realized; â‘£The project example in this paper demonstrates the operating steps and the evaluation for process of BOQ evaluation system.An open unified data interface standard, modular and highly customizable devices are adopted in this system, which can be adaptation in different methods of evaluation.The success of the system exploitation can effectively prevent various risks from the evaluation market of the macro environment, and avoid unbalances quotation, shorten evaluation time, improve work efficiency, and achieve the goals of investment efficiency and project quality to be maximized.
