The Bidding Quotation For Construction Enterprises Under The Bidding Model Of The Project Quantity

With the reform of economy and the continuous improvement of the market economy system in our country, long-term use of quota valuation mode has been unable to meet the contemporary project needs in the area of the project cost calculation. Whereas the bill of quantities valuation mode which was from international countries began to slowly used in our country, and played an important role in the project cost calculation. Bill of quantities mode in our country began to implement since 2003,which changed the situation of government domianant ,and this mode changed statical to dynamic, combined the project pricing with market pricing mode step by step.Project cost calculation mode in the domestic and foreign development situation is introduced firstly, the concepts. calculation processes of quota valuation mode and bill of quantities valuation mode were stated, the advantages, disadvantages and internal relations of two kind of models were compared. the bidding strategy of bill of quantities valuation was proposed, disadvantages of quota valuation mode in modern project was analysed , the advantage of the implementation of bills of quantities valuation mode in our country was proposed.this paper gave an example that the transformation of shanty towns in Yanan, quota valuation mode and Bill of quantities valuation mode are used to analyse , it shows that Bill of quantities valuation mode is more suitable for quota valuation mode in modern project Threfore I suggest the construction enterprises should establish their own enterprise quota and pricing system,choose a reasonable bidding strategy, pay more attention the accurate contract.
