A electric engine gets the driving power by the means of getting electric bow from the contacting net, whose supplying voltage is the single alternating current. After the electric engine has taken some conducting work ,it will return to the Locomotive depot or reorganizating site , reorganizating itself. At the same time the on-ground workers or personnel from other section must ascend to the top of the engine to check the state of all parts as well as the cleaning and maintenance work. There are some procedures that the personnel must be firmly followed when they ascend to the top of engine, only after they had notified the power-supplying section to cut off the power of the related contacting net and settle the process of connecting a wire to ground , then they could open the skylight of engine to ascend the personnel being shocked to death by the electricity and threat the security of railroad section seriously when the power of the contacting net was not cut off because of the careless management of the railroad and careless work of the personnel not carrying out the security regulations carefully in their practical work. To research a set of connecting-to-ground apparatus for safety warning opening the skylight of the electric engine, has a significant meaning for enhancing the security work of ascending the top, ensuring the worker's personal safety and the section's productive work. The apparatus includes a checking device depending on detecting the contacting net whether has high voltage, a join-moving connecting-to-ground mechanical device being conducted by the former device and a controlling device which can accurately control the mechanical device.The high voltage detecting adopt modern Sensor technique and Lock appearance ring technique which accurately detecting the existence of the high voltage of steady frequency, and combined with the computer controlling technique. Considering the dependability of the equipment, we should actualize the extra controlling in some parts of the system for the sake of making the system work well. At the same time, according to the on-the -spot investigation, we can design a rhombus connecting-to-ground device which could rise and fall flexibly. It not only can save the space but also satisfy the demand for rising and falling. It can ensure to work effectively over a long time as well. The controlling equipment includes the electric controlling system and computer controlling system. The principle of the whole electric controlling system is primary focus on the designing and realizing weak and strong electricity's interface circuit and I/10 interface circuit. These meaning refer to the electric engine are driving part. The electric engine's current detecting part, the system's deciding part and warning part's designation and realization. Because of the condition on the electric engine's top site is so abominate, easily being invaded by all kinds of interferences, therefore the quality of the anti-interference's peculiarity of system's deciding part and warning part's designation and realization.Because of the condition on the electric engine's top site is so abominate, easily being invaded by all kinds of interferences, therefore the quality of the anti-interference's peculiarity of system relates to the whole controlling systemstability and dependability. There are many source of anti-interference, all in all it mainly has natural factor, surrounding equipment component's physical peculiarity and the unreasonably designation of the liner's construction. After making clear of the source of anti-interference and the method of inhibition, we need to solve the problem of system's hardware circuit as well as the measures of the hardware's anti-interference, it mainly emphasized the prevention and treatment to the interferences caused by the electric shock shaking of the switch the perceptual load and the external factors while in the anti-interference design of the software ,it mainly draw the support from the computer's calculating ability, using appropriate mathematic method and theory to monitor the process of figure fliteration and the running of the procedure.
