Research On Anti-Interference For Equipment Of Railway Power Telecontrol System

Power telecontrol system is widely used in Chinese railway. The ministry of railways has issued 'Code for design of railway power telecontrol system engineering' Because remote operation and the stability of the power system is closely related to the reliable power supply, in power system design, the anti-interference capability of the remote equipment must be taken into account as an integral part of the power system.Since the electrical equipment operated by the railway power telecontrol system is of larger power, the immense variance of current and voltage related in the switching process of opening and closing will cause a dramatic electromagnetic interference. At the same time, telecontrol equipment is also under the interference of electromagnetic noise which generated from the power supply system and the electric railway. Therefore, it should be specially researched about the capability of the anti-interference of remote telecontrol systems.In this paper, it focuses on power telecontrol system design, including analyzing the factors interfering the telecontrol system, studing the factors in the railway domain such as lightning interference, power grids interference, interference among the system components, enhancing the stability of system by combining the neo-technique to block the interference in design and construction, and specifically evaluating the effectiveness of the shielding, grounding, filtering.In design procedure of the railway power telecontrol system, anti-interference capability should be emphasized, and its costs will be minimized.Adopting the correlated anti-interference measures, the anti-interference capability of the railway power telecontrol system is greatly improved. It is significant to stable working of the telecontrol system and the power system.
