Railway power supply panel is one of the most important equipment in railway signal control system,which provides power supply for all signal electronic equipment in the room.In order to ensure stable and reliable operation,the input of the power supply panel is provided by I circuit and II circuit through reverse switching in parallel.For the sake of completing the two-way input switching of the power supply panel,it is necessary to go to the equipment site by pressing the switch button.This simple work consumes a lot of manpower on the road,which seriously affects the work efficiency and greatly provides high labor costs.The railway intelligent power supply panel telecontrol system developed in this paper provides a solution for this situation and has certain practical significance for the construction of railway information in our country.In this paper,the working principle of the power supply panel is analyzed,and the whole scheme of the system is designed on the basis of the original circuit of the power supply panel;secondly,the ARM industrial core control board is selected as the logic core control unit of the embedded system,the peripheral function circuits of the system are designed,including startup configuration circuit,power supply circuit,Ethernet communication circuit,serial port debugging circuit and so on,and the embedded hardware system is designed;then,the Linux system is selected as the embedded operating system,the Uboot required for Linux system startup is compiled,the Linux system is cut and compiled,and the Linux system is transplanted to the industrial control core board,the bottom driver needed by the system is developed,and the application program of the embedded system is developed by using multi-thread programming technology;Finally,the object-oriented programming language C++,Microsoft Visual C++6.0 development environment and MFC development framework are used,the software interacting with the embedded system is developed.Finally,the experimental platform is built to test the hardware,software and the overall function of the system,and the security and reliability of the system are analyzed.The system has provided the service of power remote switching for many stations on the railway site and got good feedback,which solves the practical difficulties of the railway site.The full text includes 49 figures,13 tables and 38 references.
