Research On Extraventricular Environment Design Of Residential Quarters In Chongqing

In recently years,the development of Chongqing is moving into a new stage and the building of residential quarters have also developed rapidly.But the design and development of the extraventricular enviroment is still comparatively lag.The present status of inhabited environment is not optimistic.The article has analysed the existing condition of the residential quarters in Chongqing and the causation founding on the investigation and summarization.On the basis of the research on the characteristics of demand and the rules of behavior, the paper has put forward the principles and aims of the design of extraventricular enviroment,and has explored optimized ways of design of outdoor space, greenbelt,facilities of the ground etc. The last part taking example for"Rongqiaobandao Area"-"Fenglinzhou"and"Yunmanting",study the the methods and characteristics of design of extraventricular environments.
