The Establishment And Application Of Green Residential Quarters Evaluation System

At present, China's housing set off a "green tide", and the State Department has issued a number of house construction regulations and norms to encourage and support for the construction of green residential quarters, these reflects the green residential quarters are the trend of construction development in the 21st century. In this paper, based on the impact of domestic house construction on environment, the international development process of environmental performance evaluation about green residential quarters were introduced first, and the research and development as well as problems of China's green residential quarters were analysized. Secondly, after discussion about the connotation and extension of the green quarters, in-depth investigation and a comparative study of the evaluation model of sustainable development related to the construction industry home and abroad, this paper considered the actual condition in domestic and Wenzhou, then came up with the conception of evaluation model of the green residential quarters. In this mode, the green quarters evaluation index system were built on "Affirmation of house commodity performance",and made it as a platform under the guide of" the evaluation standard of green building", then it obtained the certification of the environmental performance of the residential quarters, ultimately followed by the achieved objective of evaluation of the overall performance of green quarters. The model is mainly from the energy systems, water environmental system, sound system, light environmental systems, waste management, disposal systems, thermal environment systems, green system, gas environmental systems, green building materials systems, residential communities and the surrounding environment, ten areas in total, to build the green residential quarters evaluation index system and described the main elements and contents of the environmental performance evaluation of green residential quarters. Finally, based on this evaluation model, complexity decision mode of the AHP method was used to weight the environmental performance evaluation index of green residential quarters.Refering to relevant laws and regulations as well as industry standards established for evaluating reference point (sub-excellent, good, and poor), a realistic mathematical comprehensive evaluation model was established, and the mathematical comprehensive evaluation model for green residential quarters was specifically discussed, then taking the holiday park as an example, it was ended by the simulation evaluation of environmental performance, the analysis of evaluation results and the necessary improvement measures.
