Along with the development of modern science and technology and the improvement of people's demands, we expect to reduce the vibration transmission between the engine and chassis furtherly, to improve the comfort of cars.In this paper, I studied the Performance of the vibration isolation of mounting from mounting location, mounting stiffness, natural frequency and vibration decoupling and other aspects.In close connection with practical problems of vehicles in this paper, I got distribution programs of power train mounting system; matched engine power train system natural frequency reasonably; reduced the mounting system vibration transmission with applying the general method of automotive power train mounting system design optimization; optimize stiffness, damping and location of power train mount isolation system with applying ADAMS. Mainly including the following aspects:Firstly, applying different equations of free vibration of engine mounting system,getting solving program of natural frequencies and natural mode of engine mounting system.Secondly, making use of forced vibration different equations of power train mounting system, reaching the solving way of stiffness and damping of power train mounting system.Then after studying the principle of isolation, reasonably matching excitation frequency and the inherent frequency of a certain car to reduce vibration transmission to the vehicle. And would have layout program of systems.。Finally, analyzing and studying the general methods of optimization designing vehicle power train mounting system ,making the vibration transmission the target function and making the stiffness, damping and installation location design variables to optimize. Got the optimized parameters of vehicle power train mounting system through design study and optimization of ADAMS.
