The Serialization Design Of Marine Anchor & Mooring Equipment Hydraulic Drive System

In order to enhance the innovation capability and the ability of quickly responding to the market for Dalian marine electromechanical products, and to increase the technological content of products of serial marine anchor & mooring equipment, the marine electromechanical products research center of Dalian Maritime University and Dalian Northern Marine Auxiliary Engine Company have a cooperation with serialization design of the marine anchor & mooring equipment hydraulic drive system.In this thesis, the author through the personal understanding and analysis on serialization design method of the marine anchor & mooring equipment, developes the serialization design of the marine anchor & mooring equipment gropingly. It works intuitionisticly under efficaciously shorten the period of production and economize the expense of design. Based on the design of hydraulic system chart, this paper comes out of hydraulic system pressure and flow, hence calculates parameter and provides with the standard of hydraulic elements selection. Therefore, this paper utilizes Visual Basic as its program language, involved in calculation, verification etc. over ten modules, makes the design, calculation, verification of the marine anchor & mooring equipment more conveniently. Then, the author analyzes the data of hydraulic elements. It is very complex. So we make use of database of Access, establish the database of hydraulic elements, and employ ADO technology to call at the database. At last, the system with using VB programming language is accomplished, and it is convenient to manipulate the database and select hydraulic elements, which achieves the goal of the marine anchor & mooring equipment hydraulic drive system's serialization design ultimately.To be proved, it is valid to employ the above solution. During process of fabrication, it is devised in one integrated mass with interface style and the user's quality. They are considered as a friendly and standard view. With great capability of communication between computer and the users, the system is very convenient and simple to operate. Especially, the system is built up and applied, which makes the process of serialization design less dependence on user's expertise and experience, and makes the design result better in quality, faster in speed. The serialization design of the marine anchor & mooring equipment hydraulic drive system is a far-reaching work. Due to the complex character and basic nature, the superficial exploration for developing the serialization design of the marine anchor & mooring equipment hydraulic drive system has been carried on in this paper. Which need all the scientists and practitioners in the technology of the marine anchor & mooring equipment hydraulic system design continuing efforts, to make it more perfect.
