| Secondary water supply is associated with people's daily life closely.The secondary water supply technology has been widely used in the process of the integration of urban and rural water supply factory,but during using the secondary water supply facilities,new problems were coming such as:the secondary pollution of water quality,severe pipeline leakage,high energy consumption of the equipment,poor materials of equipment,poor security and unclear management responsibility etc.However the research on the secondary water supply facilities leakage control and water pollution control was more intuitive for everyone,the research on the economy of saving energy and security was relatively less,and it was easy to be ignored.Especially we failed to choose in the design of secondary water supply pattern during the construction of secondary water supply scientifically,and failed to choose water supply equipment carefully,and failed to consider optimization of energy saving and safety operation measures of the secondary water supply pump station;The network overlying water supply pattern was prohibited to use thoroughly because water supply enterprise worried about it would influence the safety of the water supply system,it results that the municipal pipe network pressure was also wasted seriously even at good regional water supply network condition.This topic on the part of the secondary water supply facilities for district of Shanghai,and the present situation of secondary water supply facilities and analysis on the causes of the problems because people used to think the water tank is the main pollution source,and analysis on the pros and cons to cancel the water tank which can eliminate the secondary water supply water quality pollution with the traditional error.We can analysis on water supply security and unit energy consumption by contrast in different patterns of water supply from aspects such as economy,energy saving,safety and reliability of water supply,so we can analysis on the energy saving and security role of water tank in the secondary water supply facilities comprehensively.And we can develop some corresponding designs and optimal operation measures acoording the present situation of the problems existing in the secondary water supply facilities.Finally we show the practical application of optimal operation measures in terms of safety and energy efficiency with the actual case.In this paper,through analysis on energy consumption of the different patterns of secondary water supply,it has made the following findings:First of all,through the analysis and comparison,the additive pipe pressure water supply system with high roof water tank is used in the most energy-saving in a high-rise building,it will save energy than the commonly used pattern of additive pipe pressure water supply system without high roof water tank of 34.19%;If the additive pipe pressure water supply system without high roof water tank is used,it will save energy than the frequency conversion water supply pattern with pool of 32.13%.And no matter in the same or different buildings,the average energy consumption with the frequency conversion water supply pattern is 5-15 times as much as with a traditional the pool roof water tank water supply pattern,generally multiples larger at night than during the day,the winter than the summer fall multiples larger.Secondl,under the condition of normal water supply pressure in the municipal pipe network,the additive pipe pressure water supply system with high roof water tank is used in the high-rise building,and more optimized combination of intelligent box-type pumping station is used in the multi-layer buiding and in working condition of small high-rise building,they are more scientific and reasonable patterns of the secondary water supply,it has great engineering application value and worthy of promotion of using. |
