Research On The Linkage Of Transportation Between Passenger's Dedicated Lines And Existed Railways

Passenger dedicated lines (PDL) are located in our country's main transportation channels where economic is more developed and population is larger. Other than its own line's passenger flow, it should assume responsibility of transporting over-line passenger flow. Our country is larger, people's tolerance on price is lower and the proportion of over-line passenger flow is higher, so the rational linkage of over-line transportation on PDL is the key of PDL's traffic organization.This paper is based on the long-term plan for railway network which is confirmed by State Department in 2004. It analyses the linkage of transportation between passenger's dedicated lines (including the limited rate is 200km/h and 300km/h or more than 300km/h )and existed railways by the methods of analysis, calculation and drawing the train diagram.1. The transportation's modes of different kinds of over-line passenger flow and the rational distances of different kinds of DMU out of service from PDL are both established by analyzing the characteristic of our country's railway passenger flow. It also brings forward the method of designing the over-line train operation plan.2. It discusses the influence of different kinds of skylight windows on the organization of over-line train's operation and analyses simply the linkage of skylight windows which are next to each other. It also studies how to design skylight windows for different kinds of PDL.3. It analyses the kinds of linkage of over-line transportation's train diagram on PDL. The methods of drawing train diagram which is applied to PDL's long term and short term operation are established.4. It puts forward the evaluation index system and evaluation method of linkage of over-line transportation's train diagram on PDL.This paper has 16 figures,6 tables and 41 references.
