In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale of China's railway network,the task of adjusting and dispatching the train operation plan under the temporary skylight setting has been aggravated.Under the influence of the temporary skylight,the staff of the railway dispatching center need to combine the influence degree of the temporary skylight and the relevant information of the current train operation to quickly develop the adjustment scheme of the train operation plan in a short time,so as to realize the coordination and unification of the skylight operation and the train operation.Therefore,through the study of the integrated optimization model and algorithm of train operation adjustment plan and temporary skylight,it has important practical significance to improve the train passing capacity.Although the existing research has carried out some research on the adjustment of train operation plan and skylight,the research direction is more inclined to fix skylight,and ignores the characteristics of China's large-scale railway network and complex transportation organization mode;secondly,most of the research on the adjustment of train operation plan is carried out under the known interference conditions,but for the characteristics of temporary skylight,that is,the influence of temporary skylight on the start time,duration and end time is uncertain,there is little research on the adjustment of train operation plan.Based on the previous research results and the characteristics of the temporary skylight,this paper constructs an integrated optimization model of the train operation adjustment plan and the temporary skylight,and designs a rolling horizon algorithm and 12 kinds of temporary skylight influence scene cases to analyze the effectiveness of the model.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The current research status of skylight,temporary skylight and railway operation plan adjustment at home and abroad is discussed.The difference between temporary skylight and traditional fixed skylight and the importance of adjustment of train operation plan under the influence of temporary skylight are clarified.(2)Based on the mathematical language abstraction of the adjustment of train operation plan,constructed a mixed integer programming model.(3)Combined with the characteristics of the model constructed in this paper and the actual scheduling requirements of the railway,a rolling horizon algorithm is designed to decompose the model,adjust the train operation plan in stages,and adjust the operation plan of the train affected by the temporary skylight in only one stage at a time,so as to improve the calculation efficiency.(4)Example analysis.Combined with the characteristics of the temporary skylight,different influence scenes of the temporary skylight are designed from three aspects: the setting area of the temporary skylight,the beginning time of the impact of the temporary skylight and the duration of the impact of the temporary skylight,and the effectiveness of the model is analyzed by using CPLEX software.Taking Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway railway as an example,the paper analyzes the adjustment plan of temporary skylight and train operation.The experimental results show that:(1)when the impact of temporary skylight continues to be the same,the impact of different time and location of temporary skylight on train operation plan is different.(2)when the temporary skylight is set in the same line interval and the impact duration is the same,if the impact start time of the temporary skylight is different,the impact on train operation is different.(3)in the case of the same impact start time and set interval location,the longer the impact duration is,the greater the impact on train operation.(4)the integrated model of train operation plan adjustment and temporary skylight can quickly solve the whole day train operation adjustment plan,and help the staff of railway dispatching center to quickly obtain the real-time dispatching operation plan of the following trains in a section of section with temporary skylight.
