An Academic Design Of An Infrared Source With Large Area

Abstract/Summary:
First we begin with the application and theory of infrared radiation, and then make understanding present condition of infrared radiation source. According to the application, we design a large area infrared source. After the determination of the scale, we design the structure of the source and the way of heating and the emitting surface. Second, we calculate the main parameter of the radiation source, such as emissivity,heating power,temperature stability and so on. At last we made out of a single radiant source and carry it out experimentally in outdoor and indoor. That experiment confirming the design and theory are correct and have a result . At the same time our study gave out suggestion to our future related research.The related parameter of the sample are radiant area 300mm×300mm, emissivity better than 0.95, temperature from surrounding temperature to 100℃, heating power equal to 2667W/m~2, surf ace temperature error lest than 1℃.The experimental results correspond to the calculated result perfectly.
