This design is aims at the situation of Qianjiaying Mine existing protective device electivity leakage protection malfunction, development the high voltage intelligence switch has the protection function of leakage, overload, short circuit and monitor, thus reduces the breakdown power cut scope,and it is advantageous for the troubleshooting, reduces the power cut time, enhances the reliability of power supply.This thesis has analyzed the movement mode of syntony electrical network of neutral point after the quenching of arc coil grounding, studied and analyzed the selective leakage protection principle based on the zero sequence active power. From the aspect of electrical power system structure, the performance of signal sampling installment and the electromagnetic compatibility, discussed the primary factors which influence protective device reliability and the sensitive, proposed the problem of guaranteed its reliability and its sensitivity that should be adverted, had determined the active power selection selective leakage protection hardware architecture, the software computational method, and the method through the software proofread system angular error, have developed the intelligence protection system based on the AVR high speed MCU and the CAN bus.After the experiment, the system has realized the selective leakage protection and other main protection function.
