A Study On Tour Town Plan

With the construction of New socialist country launched by the 11^th social planning becomes key point of Chinese development, building New social rural area is regarded as immediate work today. One of the effective ways is to develop tour town as benefit attempt for town construction methods. Building tour town has been an important work from related government departments. So, planning of tour town as leading work becomes new high point in the planning research. Under this background, the thesis was come up with to study origin mean of tour town, complement and consummate the town plan frame and raise material principles to solve problems, in order to supply directs and suggestions for tour town planning in the future.The thesis faces to the hot point of tour town and attempts to find out a new planning frame and methods for tour town from angle of resolve problems. First, the thesis coordinates related theories and refines the property, types of tour town, tour resource classes and characters for the further study. In this way, the tour directions are found to be skipped over in construction and planning. The thesis point out tour planning methods might be added into the tour town plan and set up an essential content frame for tour town plan. The paper also point out methods and principles for the creation in tour town images. In the end, a case plan is studied which comes from Menglun, Yunnan province and essential content frame of tour town plan and image creation principles are proved after that case study in three layers.The body of paper composes with six chapters. The first one introduces the research background, study aims, methods and research frame. The second part is demonstration summarizing which includes coordinating town types, its development methods and related theories, and summarizes the mean of tour planning and its research situation with a beneficial recognition from that. The 3 one studies the contents and classes of tour resource in the town and point out development methods for tour resource. The 4 one and 5 one study the essential content frame for tour town plan and methods and principles of images creation. The 6 part is about Menglun plan case study.The conclusion part gives results of this paper and prospects of the work in the future...
