Master Planning Of Xiangyindu Town Pastoral Rural Tourism Area In Yongxing County

In recent years,with the strong support of the national policy,the rural tourism has developed vigorously,meanwhile,a series of problems such as the similarity of tourism products,the slow income of tourist areas and the increase of rural eco-environmental pressure have arisen.In order to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism,based on the concept of industrial integration,combining urban and rural planning,landscape architecture,tourism science,human settlements science and other related theories,this paper puts forward the planning method of rural tourist area on the basis of rural industry co-ordination,emphasizing the ideology of "Co-ordination first and planning later",that is,based on the investigation and study of the rural industry,first considers the development of rural industries and then conducts spatial planning of the area or site and planning of tourism products.Through the analysis of the relationship between rural industry and rural tourism development,a clear planning method based on rural industrial planning is defined,organic integration of rural industrial development and rural tourism area construction is promoted,the relationship between tourism development and villagers’ interest needs is coordinated,and rural areas are improved.Tourist areas can play an important role in their own competitiveness.Analysis of the representative rural tourism planning cases at home and abroad to draw the characteristics of rural tourism areas,mainly reflected in the natural ecological environment and the construction of humanistic environment,as well as rural industry integrated development of these two aspects.That is,rational use of all kinds of natural resources,under the concept of ecological priority,to create different types of landscape environment,improve the visitors to enjoy the experience,closely combined with rural industry,planning characteristics of rural tourism projects,promote rural industry transformation,drive regional economic development.Taking the Xiangyindu Town pastoral rural tourist area in Yongxing County as the research object,applying the planning method of rural tourism area under the unified planning of rural industry,and establishing the rural industrial planning ideology through the analysis of policy background,current situation,tourism resources,and source markets.Based on the development strategy of the tourism area,and planning the Xiangyindu Town pastoral rural tourism area from the four aspects of the spatial planning of the rural tourism area,the improvement of the rural residential environment,the planning of the rural tourism project,and the coordinated co-ordination of the rural industry.To realize the promotion of rural development and efficient use of rural land,rural tourism is the main line,and a master plan for a new type of modern rural tourism area that runs through functions such as beautiful rural construction,health vacations,rural ecological restoration and improvement of human settlements,effectively promotes the rural economy.Growth and the coordinated development of urban and rural economies to achieve a harmonious relationship between man and nature,verifying the rationality and scientificity of this planning method and providing reference for the future planning of rural tourism areas and the coordinated and sustainable development of tourism areas.
