The Optimized Application And Research On Production Of Panel Block Assembly Line For Shipbuilding

With the growth of modern shipbuilding mode, panel block assembly line is applied in actual production in most of large or mid-scale shipbuilding company. Panel block assembly line is a typical mixed model manual assembly line. This paper analyzed the work processing and product type of the target enterprise, especially for 170,000 tons Bulk Container and 110,000 tons Crude Oil Tanker. This paper also introduced 3 normal heuristic algorithms of line balancing problem. Depend on the actual demand of enterprise, this paper analyzed the product and the basic work elements of panel block assembly line, calculated the standard product (or block) input.
