| With high expect to the personality of product for customer and more competitive situation of marketing, more and more company selects the flexible assembly line running multiple product. Mixed Model Assembly Line is typical modle to adapt this situation. Multiple products are sent to the mixed-assembly line according to certain proportion, it can produce different types product in same production line during a certain time, it can enhance the company response to market quick change. It can realize the target for"Manufacture right product, with right quantity, with right time". But how to design for the high efficient Mixed Model Assembly Line is difficult problem for current company.Based on the summarization of the existing solution and analysis for Mixed Model Assembly Line design, we combine the traditional industrial method and heuristic arithmetic together to prevent the shortage for lacking of continuous improvement and verification before implement in current status. Give out the mixed assembly line design method base on simulation. First, we use industrial method (MTM, ECRS) to improve low efficiency motion, calculate the Takt time and minimum station number. Balance the line by using heuristic method (W.B.Helgeson-D.P.Birnie). Then, establish target function which selected the directed relation with factory key point index"minimum production time of one batch order", give the mathematic module which select the production sequencing as solution space. Using GA as optimizing method, bring out the cross arithmetic operators which can keep consistent type proportion. Get the optimized solution by using Matlab programming. Analysis and compare the production time impact base on iterative time. Finally, simulate the mixed assembly line and the production sequencing by using eM-plant software, verify the feasibility of the project from the simulator result to avoid risk.The company has benefited from this research work. The two key point target: worker utilization efficiency and station loading have significant improvement, also reduce the assembly space per product and lead time for batch order. This Assembly line becomes the sample and benchmark for the whole enterprise. |
