Research On YFAS Company Delta Seat Assembly Line Optimization

This paper comes from the actual case of YFAS Company,which is to optimize the production line through scientific methods,improve production efficiency,reduce manufacturing costs to meet market challenges.In this paper,the assembly station of Delta seat production line is taken as the research object.Aiming at the problem that the output cannot meet the market demand steadily,the industrial engineering and lean production methods are used to analyze and improve the production line.Referring to and quoting the research results and technical methods of predecessors,lean improvement research is carried out to achieve the goal of balancing the lifting line,increasing production capacity and reducing production costs.Through on-the-spot investigation,data collection,case analysis,optimization improvement and validation evaluation,the optimization transformation of the production line is completed.This research can not only improve the production capacity of Delta seat production line,but also reduce the operation cost of Delta seat production line.Its research methods and ideas can also provide some reference for the optimization of other production lines of YFAS.
