Produce continuously and evenly according to the cycle-time is one of the symbols of modern shipbuilding mode,it is also the basis of realizing ship construction's digitization and intelligent.Hull panel block assembly line is an important production line of domestic shipbuilding enterprises,it's technical level and production efficiency should be focused on.With the development of the production technology and the rapid change of the demand of the ship,some of the shipping enterprises begin to introduce the advanced panel block assembly line to shorten the shipbuilding period,and this trend is inevitable.Domestic shipping enterprise's panel block assembly line are mostly introduced from abroad,it always have many problems,and the related resource allocation problem is more serious.The running of panel block assembly line also have other problems.One of these is the production balance problem,mainly reflected in the cycle-time is not continuous,cycle-time is difficult to control and the assembly line cannot produce according to established production cycle-time.Another problem,the production efficiency is very low,idle time and wasting of resources happened frequently;the assembly line lacks of flexibility when produces different structural panel block.The purpose of management of assembly line cycle-time is to realize the balance of production line,and locates the resource waste station,and make sure the assembly line produce products according to the relatively fixed cycle-time continuously and evenly.According to the characteristics of the ship hull panel block assembly line,and combining the running condition of the panel block assembly line of domestics shipping enterprise,regarding the panel block assembly line that based on longitudinal-first technology as the research object.And basing on the cycle-time of this panel block assembly line,to discuss how to optimize the panel lines.Thesis mainly studied the following issues:(1)Regarding the panel block assembly line that based on longitudinal-first technology as main research object to analyse main problems during operation;(2)To study relevant content of the panel block assembly line.The content mainly includes calculation of assembly line's cycle-time,bottlenecks improvement,buffer area setting and calculation of buffer area's size and the other content,and had made some research of how to narrow the difference value of station;(3)To discuss how to realize production at cycle-time from line layout,recombination of work-station,construction technology,worker and equipment,and production organization management,etc.And to propose optimization solution for actual panel block assembly line of shipyard,set up a lean production line of ship hull panel block.Research content of the thesis are the lessons for large or medium-sized shipyard that had build ship hull panel block assembly line,and also could guide the shipyard that are building panel block assembly line and the medium or small-sized shipyard that had build partial panel block assembly line.
