The Design And Development Of The Intelligent Building System Integration Based On Niagara Technology

Information system integration of intelligent building Information system has become an important part of the building; it will directly affect the degree of the intelligent buildings. Currently, there are a lots of problems such as building intelligent systems different device models, communication protocols, systems with different degree of openness, etc., that have led to a puzzle condition of system integration, versatile utility, and scalability. To improve the quality and efficiency of the profession, the paper focused on the Niagara Framework platform architecture to achieve integration of intelligent building system basing on the advanced achievements in the field at china and abroad, supported by the analysis and comparison of proposed systems. By the actual case, we analyzed and described the process of Integration of implementation of various subsystems in the intelligent buildings.This artical described the system integration at first, and then analized the development Status of building intelligent information integration system, pointed out the problems and new responses in this field; finally, we focused on the specific principles of Baja standards, Niagara FrameworkTM and Information integration system. Basing on planning and design of the system, we designed the system. described the system framework, levels, connectivity and encoding conditions of each system; and described the implementation process of functional integration subsystem, produced the logical diagrams, Programming flow chart of each subsystem.Integration of each subsystem was achieved by specify clarification of the common communication protocols such as OPC,BacNe,LonWork, et, the achievement of the linkage of each subsystem was supported by joint response.This paper adopted the advanced interface technology, processed a system integration of different communication protocols; through the adoption of intelligent decision-making algorithms and other new algorithms and Niagara Video and other new technologies to enhance the capability of intelligence of the building. This article was compelled in the process of analyzing the practical problems and it sought to solve practical problems.Through the design, implementation of the various subsystems were achieved. The test results showed that the design system is reliable, functional, management facilities, successfully passed the inspection. It has been putted into use.
