With the rapid development of transport, the traffic has become the basic travel, the problem of safety become more complicated day by day, and the traffic design concept is not only the way of travel, but also the concept of putting people first and getting to the requests: safe, comfortable, environmental protection and harmonious. In the factors: people, vehicle, road and environment, the safe awareness of the structure establishment plays a fundamental role. Road facilities will cause damage to the small probability of a major accident. By improving the safety design and the technic of protection for the structure, to effectively control and ameliorate the road safety, to reduce traffic accidents, to reduce economic losses. With the development of computer technology, with the application of the intelligent technology integrated with computer technology, the devolopment of traffic security has been created with a new world. By the combination of traffic computerization and the monitoring technology, intelligent system can be maked. And by the combination of the intelligent system with the netwoke transmission system, it can ensure timely analysis and share of resource and feedback, thereby allowing the system to achieve security monitoring and prediction.One year practice in France, the writer have the opportunity to enter one intelligent monitoring company, and to engage the intelligent surveillance projet of Rion-antirion Bridge in Greece and of one bridge in Portugal. In this process, through intelligent monitoring of the overall comprehensive study to use, to analyse the intelligent monitoring of the road structure facilities.Contrapose the intelligent technology of the French, at the front end data acquistion system, constitute structured classification system for risk analysis assessment monitoring object, set up the system who have powerful database management system form a unified platform, stimulate sensor technology. In the transmission network, through the data characteristics of the reel time monitoring system, based on the features of the network communication protocol, choose an appropriate protocol as the protocol of the transportation layer to use as the supporting platform to solve the problem of data transfer in the reel time monitoring system, providing to the real timeness, reliability, security, and high efficiency with data-transfer-service for reel time monitoting system.From the need of our country, provide the sensor for aiming to the problem technologic in the data acquisition. From the intelligent monitoring and the transmission of information and functional requirements, analyse the two types of information collection and the advantages and disadvantages and the improvement. From the economic, use risk analysis to save the investment, to build up a database of information management data, discuss the association and integration between the monitoring data of the sensor and the treatment of data, achieve high precision measurement and the precise classification. Combined with modern computer and network technology, information is acquised in reel time and transferred in distance.
