The Study On The Chongqing Urban Rail Transportation Adaptability And Construction Security Appraisal

With the development of the city, the traffic jam becomes more and more serious, and the urban rail transportation as the important component of the urban public transport plays a vital rule in promoting the economic construction of the city, improving resident's condition of going out, improving the urban environment advancing the sustainable development of the city traffic and promoting the economic construction of the city. Developing urban rail transportation should suit with the natural environment and social environment of the city, and the choice of the rail transportation form should be suitable to the developing direction of the city.In this text,the development of the urban rail transportation, and the technology&economic characteristic of the any rail transportation forms are analyzed.Combine the research of several respects of geographical position, social economic development level, urban topography, city traffic current situation and city's development of Chongqing, the Straddle Monorail Transit was compared with the traditional subway on the applicable scope, technology&economic characteristic, project cost, adaptability to the teerain, impact on surrounding environment, view and energy consumption etc.These index are quantized and compared, utilize the AHP method,the adaptability is quantitative analysised.At last the Straddle Monorail Transit adaptivity to Chongqing was synthesized proved.At present, our country is still at initial stage of development of urban rail transportation, and the urban rail transportation civil work is that one involves large-scale infrastructure construction project that multi-specialized, many work post constructs in coordination. So there are various complicated and changeable security risks in the course of constructing the urban rail transit. So it is very essential to carry on the appraisal of security which forms the building construction project made up of infrastructure of Straddle Monorail Transit.Based on the Straddle Monorail infrastructure component, a long production cycle, underground and open operations more, unique geographic position, and geological characteristics of the environment is closely related to the construction and the possible existence of natural and man-made source of security risks are analysised. Fault Tree Analysis method was used for security identification and assessment of risks, relying on the Jiao-Xin route of Chongqing, selecting a typical case proved the method scientific, effectiveness and maneuverability.
