In recent years,urban rail transit has developed rapidly,but the huge capital demand and huge subsidies in the operation stage follow,increasing the burden of local finance and resulting in a vicious circle,so we should pay attention to and promote the optimal development of urban rail transit.Based on a large number of engineering examples,the research on the civil work cost of urban rail transit projects is carried out systematically,providing reference indexs for the compilation of investment calculation and computable model for route selection optimization.In this paper,the following studies are carried out:(1)In this paper,96 groups of engineering data of urban rail transit have been built or approved are collected,including subway,tram,straddle monorail and suspended monorail projects.This research is based on these data.(2)By analyzing the costs of urban rail transit projects,the total cost index,civil work cost and the proportion of each item in the total investment under different systems are summarized.(3)Based on the analysis of the civil work costs of subway projects,the relationship between the cost index with laying mode,civil work scheme and city economy is discussed,and the quantity index and cost index are given: the station engineering cost has obvious relationship with the city economy and laying mode,so the station cost index of each region is given;the interval engineering cost is greatly affected by the construction method,and the underground interval index of each construction method is given,besides,the index of elevated interval is basically(47000-80000)yuan every double linear meter;there is an obvious relationship between rail engineering cost and the city economy,and the rail engineering cost index of each region is given.(4)By analyzing the civil work costs of tram,straddle monorail and suspended monorail projects,the corresponding quantity index and cost index of station,section and track engineerings are summarized.(5)Based on 90 groups of samples,the civil work cost calculation model of urban rail transit is regressed: firstly,according to the literature study and the statistical analysis of civil work cost index,8 independent variables,such as line length,station formation and station spacing are preliminarily selected.Then,with the help of SPSS software,the gradual multiple linear regression method is used to fit the calculation model of excavation construction cost.The test shows that there is a significant linear relationship between the dependent variables and independent variable,so the model is established.Finally,15 groups of engineering examples are selected randomly as cases to verify the effectiveness of the model.The results show that the model can be used in the estimation stage with an effective efficiency of 93.3%.
